RIPOFF Stole 20 thousand dollars

Orbit Victory cantacted me through e-mail and told me that I had won one million british pounds. But I would need to insure the package so that the check could be sent to me. I did not have the money to do this, so a man named Scott Morgan from Orbit Victoy refered me to a friend of his named Terry George to lend me the money to do this. So Terry George sent me a check and after I had sent the money to insure the package I found out that the check that they had sent me was a fraud. So now I am stuck paying back 20 thousand dollars that I never saw a penny of to my bank.
