VinylWorks Canada Lousy customer service and wrong instructions

Bought their prefab pool deck, spent over $1600 instructions do not come with deck only are accessible through internet, instructions are for older model and these people can not even answer me to send me the updated instructions, been screwing around for over 3 weeks. I have e-mailed, faxed and called to only have no reply. Their product may be good but their support is terrible!

Do not know why customer support is so not supportive. I would not recommend buying a prefab deck that is made by these folks! They are sold through dealers that sell pools supplies. Ask before you buy!!!
