I purchased Norton Internet Security which is good for 3 computers in my home. I keep getting messages saying one of the computers is running out of time.

I called the toll free number, and left a message 2 days in a row. The 3rd day, I was polite but complained about the lousy customer servi ce, and got a call right back, only to have the guy tell us the average wait time is 4 hours, because they don't have enough staff!! Then without saying anything else, or even goodbye he hangs up. Who has the time to tie up their phone for 4 hours on hold, especially on a business day?

What good is a product if the company doesn't back it up or help solve your issues with the product. This is the worst company for customer service. Most of the website phone numbers don't work in the area I'm calling from.

I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER NORTON SECURITY PRODUCT AGAIN EVER!
