I got a letter in the mail with a no return address. I opeded it and to my surprize I won a lottery for 4, 980.00, but I would have to pay some taxes on it first and they would need my bank onfo first. I am thinking this is a scam and didn't think much about it. It makes me mad when people think they can rip people off. I need money so to send me a check a fake one at that is just plain mean... I hope this is against the law soon!
