Won't cancel order or refund money

My order had not even shipped and after reading many other customer's complaints, I decided to call and cancel my order. The customer service rep "Victor" refused to cancel my order and issue a refund to my credit card. So even though it has NOT shipped, they are going to require that I accept the package and ship it back. I have called my credit card company and filed a dispute now since I can not get anywhere with this company.
