False advertisement

I ordered two setsof King Size sheet sete, 600 thread count supposedly on a special price of $28 each. I paid through paypal on July 27th 2012. I received a package from the shipper, NOT nomoreracks, on Audust 6th. In the package was ONE sheet set and it was 300 thread count not 600 as advertised. I sent an email to nomorerack.com and was asked to wait another week while they contacted their vendor. I fthis is a regular vendor why woud it take a week to contact them? I called them August 8th after searching the internet for their number. The man I talked to said I could send the set back at MY expense and would see after they got the item back if tey would pay for shipping. He also informed me that this item was discontinued and no longer available that Ishould just wait the week that was suggested in my email. I asked why I shoud wait a week if the item was discontinued and not available. It was at this point I requested to talk to a supervisor and was told the supervisors were busy helping other agents. Guess I surprised him when I said I would wait. Finally got to talk to a supervisor and she said I could keep the set I had, OR, return it at my expense. I explained that they did not have to wait to get paid so why should I have to wait for a refund. She said I could keep the set I had and she would give me a store credit of $30. I told her I did not wish to do business with this company any more and I demanded a refund on my Paypal account. She agreed to refund $30 to my account, however, it is not in my account yet. This company has no clue what customer service is, they obviously advertise items they do not have and to not want to correct the problem OR give a refund. I strongly suggest everyone stay away from Nomorerack.com. If not it will be no more money.com
