Thedvdplanet.org also rips off all internationals

I am writing for my sister who lives in Sydney Australia. She wasl also ripped of by thedvdplanet.org. I would not deal with this company. She has received an email stating that the package was sent and they have taken the money off her credit card. Thye give no shipping number and when contacted she got an email from a Brian Lawson (if he is a real person) stating that her package was reshipped around the 6th or 8th December and should be there before 24th December and if not they would refund her money. This I doubt very much.
their physical address is Suite #1242 the East Mall, Toronto. I can tell you all that this is an UPS locked box and not an office or warehouse.
They put no phone number on their website, this should give people a first clue that theior is something wrong with the website.
They also go under the name dvdavenue.tv so do not order anything from them either. They also run a similar scam in that you can only contact them via email and there is no contact number on their website.
their is a supposed rebuttal on this website by the the supposed owner (Paul Jacob) of the company giving a very feeble attempt at expalining why there is no phone number etc.
If you type into whitepages.ca the names of Paul Jacob and Brian Lawson you can get their personal details but be careful they may not be actually invovled.
All I can say is be very careful when buying items off the internet and of the price looks too godd check out the company first on this website and in any search engine because if they are rip offs you will surely find out that information.
