Processed order but never delivered DVD Package, runaround when complained via website, from before XMas

Placed order 12/24/07. Informed that my credit card was charged and the order processed. Never received order. Sent multiple e-mails, but was replied to only once with "your order will be reshipped to you." It never was, and I sent more e-mails stating "it was never shipped in the first place, let alone being 'reshipped' sounded odd." Again no responses. No responses other than the first and only before-mentioned response.

No order ever received. No refund. No other responses.
