Thedvdplanet.org Billed my credit card on 11/21/07. No product, no response to 3 e-mail inquiries., M9b 6L3

On 11/16/07 I ordered the carol Burnette DVD set. On 11/21/07 my credit card was charged the $69.99. AFTER I ordered I found out they only ship on saturdays. I ordered on a saturday night..but ok... I will "go with the flow". But it also said I would get a confirmation e-mail by sunday NOv 25 that my order was shipped. I have not heard a word from them. I e-mailed them on dec 4, dec 5 and dec 6 with no response. I would like the product or my money back. If I don't hear back from them I will contact my credit card company and file a complaint and request a charge back
