This internet company bills for products that are never delivered to customer and does not inquiries to their customer service department

I ordered a replacement gazebo canopy off of the internet site on 4/1/09. I received e-mail confirmation of the order. My credit card was billed for the item on 4/7/09. The product was never shipped, and no response came from e-mailing customer service, faxing my request for shipping updates, or my calling the phone numbers listed. They charge off the internet and take payment with no product. This is fraud.
