In training warn your future employees of the tactics their peers will use against them because you have them, in such a low and stressed place. Stop using the tone of voice wwhich to me sounds like you are constantly looking for an arguement, which I heard from the first day i walkied through the doors. It seems they are mistaking that tone for confidance. I could go on about the 2 and a half months I was there and cannot as I have a meeting with my member of parilament concerning this experieince.
