Fred seemed like a good guy when I met him. I responded to an ad in Kijiji.ca for a used boat he had for sale. He said that the outdrive was no good as it was cracked. I went to see the boat at 7761 Regional 20 Smithville

I asked Fred what was wrong with the boat and he said just the ourdrive and maybe the engine needed work. I asked him if I replaced the motor and out drive would the boat be good then. I also asked him if the transom was solid and also if the stringer mounts were good. Fred Post told me they were solid.

Well he lied - they were no good and the boat was scrap and he knew that. In fact the boat was wreckage and he salvaged it. The hull was cracked in several places. He said, and put in writing the=at he would send me the owner ship, He never did becasue the boat was never his. He lied and committed fraud.
