I ordered "waterproof" gloves (Wear County brand) from this company and when they arrived, I used them a few weeks later on my boat when it started to rain. Within 30 minutes they were so heavy with absorbed water that I could no longer wear them - they hung like wet socks on my hands.

When I called the company to request a refund, I was told they would not honor their own customer satisfaction guarantee because the gloves were only sold for use in the garden, not in the rain!!

I feel there advertising was completely misleading and should state that these gloves are ONLY for use in the garden. As well 'water resistant' would be a fairer description of them. I found their customer satisfaction guarantee completely useless.
