We hired this contractor to build our medical office, he gave us the estimate, and we signed the contract. It seems as though he never did a commercial job before and really didi'nt know what to do. As tyhey worked on the property they were paid in intervals and finally asked for all of the remainder of the money or else they will not complete the job, we paid them every penny and we still ended up with an unfinished medical office and have to hire another contractor to complete the job, This company has now changed their name and apparently done this to lots of other consumers. Please do not let this happen to you. After spending 50, 000 on a job that's not complete, we feel cheated. Beware of Beautiful Basement.
