Very bad warranty support and ignorant service. I worked with manufacturing of windows and they made me feel like i had no idea what i was talking about. Never helped me out and told me at a later date did you the fine print. they tell you its a life time warranty but forget to tell you that the labour after a year is your problem. If someone comes out to tell you whats wrong when you yourself allready know whats wrong they charge you for the service call I would never recommend this company to anyone in Ontario, Canada. Product is CRAP.
