I bought a brand new Pontoon Vogue 25' 2014 performance package with trailer... 77 000$ invoice
Amazing Verado 300 motor but really poor manufacting quality and absolutely no quality control. either at the Princecraft paln or at my dealer Thomas Marine...
Boat was leaved in road salted condition... so corroded all over... defect driver seat, scratched side rail, defect in flooring cover, imperfect side stripes... so much visible defect that I refused to take it... Princecraft bring back the pontoon to main shop to fix it!!! brand new, never used... than I start my 2 weeks vacations to find out: right pontoon tube leaking... vinyl floor covering pop up all over when temperature is hot... front door doesn't stay closed, waterdeep indicator doesn't illuminate at night, corrosion spot buffed at Princecraft shop reappear... stainless rear ladder rusted... Too much trouble to list everything...
I asked to get a replacement even If I have to give up some $$$
they seriously asked me 15 000$+tx to exchange the boat (37 hrs used) doesn't maker sens...
I even wrote to Princecraft president who has not replied yet...
Poor Company, poor service from Customer support, dealer is upset but can't do nothing... except wait my lawyer

I have to hire a lawyer to fight and will ask for buyer contrat cancellation...
Princecraft isn't setted to offer first high quality pontoon even if they are trying and they advertise this in their brochure.
so disapointed... I had 2 Crestliner 25 LSI and Grand Cayman 2585 before and no problem during 8 years...
1 Princecraft =too much troubles... I don't recommand to any buyer...
Too expensive for defect stuff... I pais for a new boat... not for a testing purpose shuttle... to bring back at factory twice a year...
