Poor product

I ordered a product to help speed up my computer. When I got my credit card bill, there were 4 charges on it one was a duplication, one was a product I did not order. I have found the product did not fix the errors on my machine. I did call and clkbank at 208-472-9400 and spoke to a Stephanie and she said they would reverse two charges for $42.59 each. but I am still stuck with a charge of $42.59 and one for $10.60. I warn people not to deal with this company.
