Cannot reverse charges and will not credit you if you return the product

I too ordered the free 15-day trial of the cleanse and Acai berry capsules and hadn't even received the product to try it and see that the company had billed my credit card over $250 - I called Visa and they gave me their number while waiting 15 minutes to get through to an agent I asked her to reverse any charges and to not ship me anything and I would be returning the product. She then told me that I cannot receive a refund as I had 15 days to unsubscribe! What kind of business is this anyways? I think that a claim should be started to get this money refunded!!! I am currently working with Visa to have the charges reversed and am hoping that this is flagged for all future charges!

I hope we all get our money back!
