Air care rip off

This business scammed my friend completely. His car did not pass aircare. He went to Deens auto and they guaranteed him to pass aircare after they did the work on his car. They told him he needed a catalytic converter that cost him 500 dollars. He went for another air care test it flunked again exact same numbers. Another garage said his converter was fine because the numbers were IDENTICAL before with the old converter.. He returned to Deens the mechanic says well now u have a new catalytic converter anyway duh no refunds for you sorry. My friend says but you guaranteed me to pass. He says we need to change your egr valve now.. another 500 dollars... My friend says i don, t think so you ripped me off on the converter already ..the guy would not give him any kind of refund or satisfaction. Just smiled at him. This shop is not an authorized air care facility either we find out. STAY AWAY from this con man!!! We went to Tokyo auto up the hill with my friends car and they cleaned his egr valve in 20 minutes and he passed air care an hour later. These guys are HONEST... I would not send my worst enemy to Deens auto repair.
