Well the catlytic converter puked and we booked it in for replacement. They had it all day that time. They said "we ordered the part" what??? They had 2 days notice prior to us bringing it in. The second visit... what waste of time for 1hr labor. Two trips to the shop under warranty. Then, they tried to sell me a new vehicle.
