Lying to get more money

Well basically, this auto shop is horrible!! I got refered to this place and i thought it would be cheap and fast. My car got into an accident and needed body work, when owner named Mike came to see it, he said the engine was fine, and i said well when you get the car make sure you check it incase something turns up.

The owner named Mike is a liar!!! I wanted a contract for a flat fee, he tells me you dont need one ill take care of you. I called everyday, to make sure the engine was fine he said yes. So i said perfect.

He took a week longer, and when i kept calling him to make sure he took the car for a test drive he said yes.

I call him one day, he tells me its going to cost another 100$ because he has to change the radiator, when he fully came to the house to check the car and said its was going to be a flat fee (the price he gave me). I said fine w.e $100 extra.

The day i go to pick it up, i find out Mike only does the body work and he has a guy who does the mechanical service. So i ask did you test drive it? He says no. Wow!! They turn it one, and the car keeps turining off. Apparently the alarm system needs to be deactivated. So thats going to cost $100 from a guy who does alarm systems is going to come and fix it. The guy doesnt end up coming because Mike's mechanical service employee does it. I ask so its fine he says yes.

Then that day we find out that the gears and speed meter dont change. So i say, didnt you see this before? He says i dont do this. Im like its the principle to check it. You told me everytime i called it was fine. So he says he'll do me a favour and charge only $50 for the used part for the transmission and 60-65$ for the oil change.

I call him after 4 days and he says oil change going to be 80$, wow!! i said no way you said 60-65$ and he refuses. On top of that, Mike tells me the mechanical service is charging $80 because the guy who does alarm systems told him on the phone what to do. WOW!! They guy didnt even show up and wants $80. I say no way, when we left you guys said that there was no fee for the alarm deactivation, you were only going to charge for the oil change and transmission part.

Bascially, these guys are cons!! They have no mannors and have no principles. Do not go here and if you do (you made a mistake) get a contract. There are so many health issues and illegal services going on. DO NOT GO HERE..AND MIKE IF YOU SEE THIS..IM GOING TO RUIN YOU!
