I used to work for this store. It scams people a lot. For example, workers are being pushed to sell by being put under the pressure of certain quota. Also, some services that are recommended are not approved by car manufacturers. (engine flush, fuel system cleaning, additives etc) those services are actually damaging internal parts of the engine (see car manufacturers bulletins). Although this company performs an excellent customer service it really wants to get $$$ out of your pocket by upselling stuff that you do not really need.

be careful by doing extra services at Mr. Lube. follow only your own manual or call your local dealer for advice on extras from an oil change mr lube tries to push. huge fraud
