Price creep at pumps!

I pump gas into my car and even off to the dollar. The price reads $xx.00 when I stop pumping gas.By the time I hang up the hose, price creeps up by a penny. When I halt or release the dispensing lever, it is on even dollar. I never touch the lever again.
With years of gas attendant experience, I KNOW this is THEFT.
