First I want to preface that I have NEVER written a complaint letter in my life. I worked in the hospitality industry for 15yrs and understand that you cant please everyone, all the time. However, I am so disappointed in the direction Tim Hortons is going. This is a staple of Canada where your coffee was always fresh, consistent and hot. Not anymore! And I was recently in a location where i ordered a bowl of chili to go and the employee put it in a dirty container. I asked her if there was a reason why she did that, and she replied that a customer changed their mind earlier and wanted their's to eat in. Are you kidding me!! Are people not getting trained that we dont put food in dirty containers? Thank god there's a Neighbours close to my house bc they care about their customers, like Tim Horton's used to years ago!
