In 2008, the Court in Quebec ruled against Jean Alloul, Charles Kessous and Eliane Alloul. These three people had scammed an innocent victim. The Judge ordered Jean Alloul, Charles Kessous and Eliane Alloul to payback what they ripped off plus an additional amount to cover the victim's legal fees.
