Illegal Company?? Will not respond to returning bad DVDs! ripoff Internet

Ordered Series Third Watch as a Christmas Gift. However, (3) of the seasons have discs that won't play and believe these are copied discs.

TVDVDPlanet will not repond to E-mails nor can I get thru on their Customer Service Line. I've obviously been taken for alot of money and don't want to see anyone else in this situation.

I've read where they are being investigated in Canada and you can file a report to the following -
