Premier Jean Charest and the provincial Finance Minister Raymond Bachand came up with a new 2010 budget under the false pretext that we the taxpayers have to tighten our belts to pay-off the provincial debt, which was created by Jean Charest and his cabinet of Ministers and advisors stating users pay, buyers pay. Sacred cows exist only in India and forgetting to mention that the political crooks exist in Quebec
In the meantime Jean Charest has given to GE Canada $13, 3 million non-refundable grant for Bromont GE Aviation plant for creation of 80 jobs.

GE Canada is a billion dollar world-wide organization, which does not require any of our hard earned money, which we will never see it again. This money has been stolen from us without our consent, which is a criminal offense. This is not the first time that Mr. Charest has given our money to cooperations for expansion. His excuse is always the samejobs creation which does not exist. There are no jobs available in Quebec. On contrary, people are jobless and on social assistance, which he tries to cover-up and pretend that Quebec has a healthy economy which is a pure lie. He enjoys taking bribes which in called in French Pot-De-Vin. This is the way the Quebec business is being conducted. Mr. Charest should be ashamed of himself stealing money from the poor people!
