MONOPOLY WE WON A GIFT CARD OR A PSP BUT IT CAME UP SNAPFISH

My son and I entered a mcdonalds monopoly game piece code online and it rolled a 10 we seen that the 10 was under the bestbuy gift card or the psp it had kept changing. Then it came up that we had won we both were excited! We went to confirm the prize we had won and it came up SNAPFISH PHOTOS & not the gift card or the psp.

We didnt understand, so we click the back button and did it again and it rolled a 10 just like the first time and the 10 was under the gift card and psp as the 2 kept changing. & the other 2 cheap prizes did not have a 10 underneath them. But are prize still kept comming up SNAPFISH! We did this several times . so i thought i would call mcdonalds but the customer srevice was closed. So we left the computer and the page on all night to have it confirmed with mcdonalds. The next day i came home from work and called them. I told them what had happen and they said we would have to email technical support and explain. I told them what had happen and they told me that they would do a check so i gave them the game piece code and they replied saying no you did not win the psp or the gift card you won the Snapfish. I replied again and said no you have made a mistake. and they told me again no. WHAT A RIPOFF MCDONALDS MONOPOLY IS...
