I received a noticed that promised that I had won $250, 00.00 from a lottery drawing that I had never entered. The drawing was on February 16th, 2007.
I was instructed to take the check that they had sent for $3800.00 and use it to pay the tax clearence fee which totaled $2, 885.00.

The tax agent that I was suppose to send the money to is ANDREW PHILLIPS 3474 Johnson Rd. CALGARY< AB CANADA. the phone number they listed was 1-778-858-9699
