I got a letter and a check just like everyone else. stupid me i did what it said in good faith on people. i am sitting on hold waiting for mike to decide that he is going to pick it up. good thing that i work nights and today is my day off. i think that these people pray on our stupidity. my bank still has a copy of that check and i have a written "contract" so legally i can go after these people and this company but who knows how. if anyone has a way to go after these people, because they are ruining my credit along with my boyfriend's, let me know.
