When my husband opened the mail and got shocked and thought it was thrilling news to see the check of $3800 that stated he was 3rd category lottery winner of $250, 000.00 on April 21, 2007 which was my birthdate. That puzzled me because we never applied so I suspected that must be a fraud check, stating the tax clearance of $2885.oo that is impossible for large tax deduction. I knew something was wrong so called our local Police to come over and collect the mail including a check and envelope and copied pages from online what we found out all afternoon (today is Nov. 20, 2007) That claims agent was Rebecca &&-. My husband and younger son and I tried to call but the line went down that sounded something not right. We knew it was scam that led me to call Police at once. The check was stated JC Morgan Chase Bank in New York with something in first word I forgot then Vision Care. That was the point that I never heard of that and it was impossible.
