I was contacted in the month of May by First Capitol Consumers. They promised me 2 credit cards with limit of 2k each. They said the only fee was 219.00 which can be deducted out of my checking account. After offering me such a wonderful help, I agreed. The deduction was made and 3 wks after I received a package with only an activation form for a mastercard, in which I mailed an additional 18.95 for activation.

I have called First Capitol for more than 6 wks to let them know I have not received any credit card as yet, everytime is a different story. I have spent over 300.00 in phone calls and they don't even have the courtesy to call back. They are a bunch of liars and cheaters who take advantage of people and have no consideration.
