Ripoff, dishonest consumer fraud

I was contacted by this rip off business in the month of May. They promised me a Visa with credit line of 2, 500 and a Mastercard with 2, 500.

Everything seemed so great that even a customer service representative called me back to make sure the information was accurate and that the call was recorded. My checking account was deducted in the month of June, and I was promised to receive credit cards in 4-6 weeks. It is now September, and I have not receive anything. As

I read on other testimonials, I have also spend over $300 in long distance, and getting different answers everytime. When I ask to speak to a manager, there is never one available.

The last lie they gave me was that they mailed out some credit cards out, but they wen t to incorrect addresses but they made sure that mines was not one of them. Another company from Canada also called to offer the same business, and after two weeks I decided to cancel my payment, simply because when I called they had the same recording, their name is Transglobal just in case they call you too.

I've decided to go online today and see if First Capital had a website and suprisingly I got this site and I am glad to know there is someone who is taking care of these people. I sure hope they can go out of business soon.
