Failure to deliver on warranty

Swiss Replica Watches are the worst I have every come across, their customer service is less than 1/10. There is no way to contact them at all. We bought a watch and it was fine for two weeks and then it stopped working. This was in July last year! This has still not been resolved!! We were asked to send the watch back and now seem to have lost it for good.

They send a reply e-mail after you harass them long enough with false promises such as we sent you a replacement but it must be lost. No tracking information on the return item.

Worst $800 mistake of my life.
