Purchased a broken watch

My brothers purchased 4 tag watches 1rolex very big purchase for Ashley jewelers. The tag purchased for my mother was returned and up graded to a better model. This model was fixed at the time of purchase something to do with the winding. She went to wear her watch for new years for the first time and it did not work. It was then brought back again on Jan 2 was told they would fix. We do not want a fixed watch we would like a new one. When spending that type of money we would expect a working watch that does not require repair, if we wanted that we would have bought a used watch. We are not happy at all with the customer service at Ashley jewelers. We are hoping to receive a new watch or the next step will be full refund. Thankyou Irene
