I tried to purchase a replica Rolex Daytona, stainless steel, black diamond dial face. After completing the order online and providing credit card information to complete the order, I received an email stating that I needed to call to confirm the order. On this email was a customer number, order number, all the pertinant details of the transaction. I called and spoke to a man named Brian. His last name appears to be Jacobs. His is supposedly the shipping manager. He said that they could no longer accept credit cards, as of about a month ago. So I would have to either send Western Union or an International Money order (as I'm from Canada). I told him I would send Western Union, and he sent me an email with all the details that I would need to get the money to him. It was to be directed to the attention of a Karen Miller, as the owner. Anyhow, payment was sent and received, and a tracking number was provided to me for USPS. The item arrived about a day and a half after it was sent, and when I opened it, it was the wrong model. I did receive a daytona, but it was a two tone, the chronograph was not working, the bezel didn't turn at all, the inner ring didn't have the rolexrolex on it as advertised, the second had does not sweep, in fact, the back came unscrewed very easily, and it's clearly marked china on the inside. this was in no way, shape or form, and swiss 31 jewel replica watch as advertised. I immediately called and spoke to Brian. He asked me if I wanted to swap it, or keep it. I told him I wanted to swap it, and he said he was sorry and that he would talk to his shipper guy. It didn't click in, but Brian is the "shipper guy". Brian told me he would get back to me, and I asked him how to get this watch back to him, and he said not to worry, we would figure it out when he got me the correct watch. It's now been 5 days, 4 calls, 3 emails and my calls won't go through, nor are my emails being answered.

I'm not sure what recorse I may have, but if someone can give me direction as to what I may or may not be able to do to either recoup my money, or get back at these guys, I'd love to know. I can be emailed at demarti_107@hotmail.com
