Drew money out credit card with out premission

Ultraslimfactor drafted my account for $81.13 & $2.95 via a company called Payovation also known as I Mall Pay Chihuahua Chi Mx. I did not order anything from this company. Never heard of them or visited their website except to see who they were on 3/11/2011. I do not have any of their products. Therefore this was an unauthorized charge. I never placed an order and I do not have any product from Ultraslimfactor. I spoke to Kristine from Payovation @ 4:28pm concerning this matter. Kristine informed that they will charge back to Z TEC MEDIA LTD for my refund. But instead they (Payovation) used another name I MALL PAY CHIHUAHUA CHI MX to withdraw the funds from my account to pay Ultraslimfactor.
