Eware of selling a chihuahua or any other animal to rose-rosemary soehn. she does not tell the truth and will try and get all her money back from you and make you pay 3 times the us vet bills.. her sister works at the vet.. she will pressure you to sell the pup and send it to her and then lie about the pup. also she will false charge you to your state agricultural dept. she lied/reported false info about me and now she is back in the states trying to buy chihiuahuas again--do yourself a favor--DO NOT SELL TO HER.
