This is regarding... the british airways poor agency help desk... I am a travel agent for a prestigious bank in Canada... and on 09 apr 08 i called 1 800 243 6822..I got agent--Ms Gladys... from... Florida office...// She showed a very unhealthy, unprofessional attitude... and didn't help me at all...
As travel agents for corporate travel we do not expect such type of attitude from BA employees.
