20/20 Phone Card
Phone card didn't work

I bought a 20/20 phone card worth $10 from a Petrocan station with which to call Italy because the cashier recommended the 20/20 international calling card as one of the best. I tried using it 6 times, each time going through the full process of calling the local access number, entering my PIN, and carefully entering the number including 011, country code, and city code. Each time I lost about 75 cents just trying to connect, and it never connected. In between calls, the person I was trying to call called me and told me that she had not received any calls. As soon as I used my landline provider to call the number, it connected without any difficulty fine. When I called 20/20 customer service, I was only able to reach an automated complaint service, and I went through the long process of leaving a complaint only for the call to end abruptly before I could actually state what my complaint was.
