Product sent back, but no credit to acct

I returned the product, which I did not want in the first place, because I was not interested in the product and I am still not been able to get back credit for the product sent back to them. These people are pushy, do not listen and are invovled in false and deceiving advertising. I want my over 500.00 back. Someone needs to do something about this. This is not right, exploiting and ripping off people like this, they have the products as well as my money, its just not right.
