Www.starchoice.com / www.shawcable.com / www.starchoice.ca will say you never called in to cancel service although you really did. If its not noted on there computer that you had spoke with someone you will get no wear and loose. I busted them when asking them to fax me something but they never did even though they said they would! (it was never put on the computer that they would fax me?). Now getting to the point I asked them to edit my service on an earlier date but they did not! so when I called to cancel they said that there was NO call in on a earlier date but there was and i have WITNESSES that heard me talk to them. But because there was no notes on there computer that they control not me I got SCAMMED AND SCREW FOR A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS! HANG UP ON, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIED TO AND TREADED LIKE A PEACE OF GARBAGE! NOT ONLY THAT HAD 2 CHARGES DONE TO MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT! BUT THEY SURE KEPT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON THERE FILES. STAR CHOICE NEEDS BETTER SALES REPS BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THERE LIE CHEAT SCAM OUT.
