Product failed and money not returned

MP3Playerstore.com delivered the product which failed after 9 months of usage. MP3playerstore.com offered to repair the product but later stated that its beyond repair and offered a replacement. But they didnt have that product in stock so gave me an option to either have the money back or get another product. I chose the latter and found that it was defective. Returned it, got another unit, found to be defective again. Frustrated, I asked them to return the money and they agreed. So the product was returned, but they never returned the money. After hours and hours of back and forth, they finally said they wont return the money. In the end, no player and no money!!! I have detailed my experience at www.bewareofmp3playerstore.com

I have all their email communications with me as proof. Very poor product quality and non-standard components are used. Extremely poor customer support and very deceptive responses. I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone.
