I paid 64 bucks for nothing

I paid $64 for next day delivery of legal documents from Canada to the US. 2 days later the parcel was still sitting in Toronto with a notation "Missing Country of Manufacturer" for documents!! I spent 30 minutes on hold on their "help line" until I got someone to talk to. We updated some delivery information then he told me it would take 24 hrs to update the info in the system - really? Last time I checked it was the 21st century! So, let's get this straight: Putting an address update through the Purolator system, takes more time than Purolator advertises a shipment would take to travel from small town Ontario to Ft. Myers, FL. This is clearly a scam!
Anyways, never again will I send anything by Purolator. Canada Post will get it there for $3 and probably quicker.
