Frozen Flowers

I was sent Flowers for Christmas from friend who ordered on line from Salmon Arm BC.Calgary is the closest office which is about 1 1/2 hrs from here, they were to be deliver Dec 22, I received them on the 21 via courier which would have been in a warehouse overnight. They would have been on truck to Red Deer, then loaded into another cold van which means approximately 8-9 hours in a cold truck. They were left on my doorstep -8 degrees. They were not Xmas flowers or close to what was ordered, they were a small bunch of yellow daisies with a few burgundy small mums an a sprig of green fern. Frozen. I have called Calgary, Toronto head office, I have emailed the complaint line I’ve given them pictures order number no one has got back to me .today I called Calgary again and was told the customer service line she would put me to. I explained I’ve left several messages and they don’t get back to me, oh Lisa was there and wasn’t busy would take my concerns. So I got a answering machine, waited until they said all lines were busy leave my name and phone number and brief message same as before no call back. I feel they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this kind of service. Like who sends flowers via courier in winter, like a phone call and I could have made arrangements to pick them up phone number was on the request. So my warning is DONOT USE BLOOMEX FLOWERS EVER!!
