Toronto - BEWARE - STAY AWAY Terrible Customer Service, Created Delivery Reports, General misservice

I have never dealt with such an abusive, rude, obnoxious self-proclaimed owner of a company. My transaction started out bad when I checked out and my advertised $29.99 dozen roses with free delivery turned into a charge over $60, but went straight downhill when I called in and tried to adjust the order. I was told it wasn't their fault that I had to change the order, which I can agree with, but here is the deal, at this point I was willing to still give them the business, they just had to stop the delivery and redirect it to another address (in another city/province). When I asked for this, then the self-proclaimed owner really got belligerent and hung up on me. I contacted the concierge at a very nice Toronto Hotel and told them of my plight, they suggested that they just would not accept the delivery. B n R must be used to this as when they refused to sign their delivery person dropped the roses and turned and walked away. The hotel called me to report this behavior immediately, as they were shocked at the lack of professionalism as well. B n R e-mailed me a happy congratulation shortly after, stating that my delivery went just as I had requested. When I disputed this, via e-mail, they started a childish argument, one I no longer even expect from my 4 year old, they kept asking, "who did you talk to" " we have no record of your call", over and over again, just ridiculous. Of course I didn't get a name they hung up on me before I could ask! I'm putting my faith in my credit card company to help resolve this. They (BnR) are obviously one transaction away from closing as hard they are fighting to keep my $60, but the lengths they will go to as well are astounding!!! Beware! Go with a FTD, or other reputable source!!!
