HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FALSE INFORMATION. FAILED DELIVERY AND BLAMED CUSTOMER. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I placed my flower order on Feb 10 to be delivered on Feb 14th (Valentine's Day).

On Feb 14th, the flowers were not dellivered and I attempted to call the store for 2 consecutive days and no one answered the phone.

I also waited for 2 more days and flowers didn't redelivered at all to my girlfriend's office. And an email was sent and also didn't get any reply from.

The week after I finally able to reach one of the persons in the flower store. The person told me I placed the order on FEB 10th to be DELIVERED ON the 16th (Saturday). Then i really feel suspicious why this happpened. I looked back to the confirmation email that I received on the 10th and there wasn't any confirmation date and time of delivery of my flowers (I did think about why there's no confirmation time and I didn't aware this would happen). And I DID reconfirm the date of the delivery 4 times when I place the order. This is totally ridiculous as they CHANGED my delivery date without my consent and blamed myself that I placed Feb 16 myself.

I called back today and I wanted to ask for a redelivery since I don't want to pursue this matter anymore and I really feel ripped off on the valentines day already. Also I have paid the money and they don't do any refund for my flowers. So when I called, they said they attemped delivery on the 15th. I asked twice. "Are you sure you guys attempted delivery on 15th? " He said YES. so I told this guy. This is very funny. You guys told me I placed the delivery on 16th and how come the flowers were ATTEMPTED delivery on 15th? then he said I placed the order on 16th, if I would like to redeliver, I will have to pay another $12 for redelivery fee, then the guy hung me up on the phone.

I found this is totally ridiculous and I feel really ripped off from this matter. I didn't want to bring this up until I saw another person on this website also have identical incident. If anyone who is willing to assist us upon this matter will greatly be appreciated.
