Gave false information and will not answer emails

I was trying to locate a person that a private detective could not find. I tried this company as a last resort. In 2-4 days I received an address that this company stated the person I was looking for resided. At the end of their report they state to ask them any question about how they found the information.

I sent an email inquiring about this and I never heard from them. I want to the location that they stated this person lived and no one has ever heard of this person. I sent an email asking about their guarantee. I have still yet to hear from them. These people do not have a telephone number listed. They gave me false information and will not answer emails or honor their guanantee. Do not waste your money here.
