Well, much like many of you, I found this company online in search for a Doug trainer. I emailed him on 2009/06/17 and he returned my call within 10 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for that coming Sunday. He showed up, was on time and we proceeded to sign the contract and schedule the first lesson. Doug showed up on time for the first lesson but most certainly did not spend the hour working with the dog as promised. After that lesson, like some of you, he asked me to keep my 130 pound Canadian Eskimo in the house at all times... that's right including during the day while I was at work. I followed that as I figured hey, he's the professional here right??? Well that stopped in hurry - and that should have been my first clue something was just not right. Not to mention he told me on a 42 degree day that my dog was not panting because he was hot but because he was stressed??? riiiight. In any event, we had scheduled our second appointment for the following Thursday where I waited all night for the man to show, and nothing. So of course over the weekend I tried to call and his phone seemed to always be shut off and I was unable to leave messages. I emailed him from work on Monday (June 29th, 2009) and he quickly responded with an "Im sorry, I totally forgot" and said he would call me that night. That day he cashed my check for $400 and I have never heard from him since. There is no longer any responses to my emails or phone calls.

Wish I would have found this site before... now Im out $$$ and my dog is exactly the same as he was before.

I would love nothing more than to expose this man for the scam artist he is and get my $$ back
