RIPPED US OFF OF $500.00

Another person, who has been ripped of by this so called dog trainer! We also found him on the internet, read about his program and decided to talk to him in person. He did come to our house and said all the right things he needed to say and we to fell for his con. We signed a contract with him for $500.00 dollars, at first it was to be $400.00 but because we lived a hour away he ask for another $l00.00 for gas money. We figure if it helped us with our dog problem the extra money was worth it. He was to come every Sat. for the next eight weeks. He came the next week almost an hour late, no reason why, and of course we didn't ask. The next week he didn't come because of a snow storm. The third week he came but was late, I was there alone and found him to be very intimidating towards me, a behavior he didn't show when there was a male figure present with me.

The next week was a no show, we tried calling, and e-mailing him with no reply from him at all. I thought maybe he is sick and or in hospital and could not get back to us. We have never heard anything from him at all! I read each complaint and everything complaint that has be mention has happened to us. I can not believe that he is still out there and taking people's money under false pretense and getting away with it. He is still working in the Ottawa area because he has answered a very resent e-mail from a person (looking for a dog trainer). Of course the person did not hire him after they talked to us. What else can we do! Any suggestions, from anyone?
